Thousands of people across the nation are joining together this Spring in the quest for a cure. The Arthritis Walk® will be led by inspirational men, women and children with arthritis wearing special blue honoree hats to show that they are taking control of their arthritis.

Another way that you can take control is by incorporating a consistent routine of strength training to your schedule. Curves' low impact, resistance training is a perfect fit for arthritis sufferers. It's exercise that you can do and it's FUN... and EASY!

Team participation is also FUN ... and EASY! A team is a group of ten or more walkers joining together to raise money to fight arthritis. We hope you will help, too! Visit our team page at http://AWPinellas.kintera.org/curvestampabay and join us today!
