Classes are offered periodically throughout the year, on a day and time that is most convenient for registered members. Member must have been working out for at least one month to participate.

~ Please bring clean footwear to be used on the exercise floor. (eg, shoes or socks that have not been worn outside the facility since they were last cleaned.)
~ Members must begin final workout 30 minutes prior to closing
